Achieving

My mindset for JC is to try anything and everything, and if I really can't do it, then I'll just have to bear with it/drop it.

My Art (Yes, I'm taking Art now) teacher tells the J1s the same thing. Try and experiment with anything and everything, there is no right or wrong.

I have a mental list of things I want to do, and I also had an idea of what to post for this post but...I kinda forgot what I wanted to say.

So, I'll leave you with my non-digital art pieces that I did for Art (My first non-pencil ones, mind you).

I used acrylic paint for everything but the skull, for which I used copics.

My first pastel work. Was just experimenting and got some tips and help from the Art teacher.

My second and more controlled and planned pastel work. This one has a message behind it, so see if you can guess the meaning.

My first actual freehand painting. The whale became the subject matter through a mostly random selection method.

And I decided to add more blue. I think I prefer it when it was grey-er though.

And with extra paint, I did this:

So...um, yeah. All done in the timespan of less than 1.5 hours each. I still have a lot of room to improve, but I think I'm off to a good start.

Also, have a look at my timetable:

Haha I think the art's awesome already. You definitely have potential in Art. :D I love the 3rd piece the most, the purplish one.
