I want Turok with you all night long

As you can probably guess, this post is gonna be about the dino-killing game, Turok.

Look at my XBox Live Gamertag there on the right. See how the latest game I've played isn't Halo 3 (dhun dhun dhun)? It's a big green 'T'. The logo for Turok.

So basically, you play as this space marine guy with awesome biceps and you go around killing stuff. Mainly dinosaurs. And soldier-like guys.

Despite the fact that the checkpoints are few and far between (not too much, though), this game (Tu)rocks.

Oh, and Turok also boosted my gamerscore by 80G.

In other news, teenage game addict of Tanjong Katong Secondary School has started neglecting his studies, though there's nothing particularly new there.

Pick Chers

So, uh...I'm bored and decided to do a photo meme thing. Taken from Ashley's blog.

1. The most recent picture of you. Where was it taken, when was it taken and who took it? How was your mood?

Taken in front of a TV at home, by a neighbour yesterday. I was feeling sweaty.

2. A picture of you with a best friend. Who is this best friend? How did you meet him/her? How long have you known him/her?

She's called Penelope, if not XBox 360. I met her at Courts Megastore and I've known her since...some time right before Hari Raya last year.

3. A picture of you with your spouse/partner. How long have you known each other/been married/been going out?

[Refer to above answer]

4. A family picture.

Uh...no.

5. A picture of you making a peace sign.

Playing with bandages is win.

6. A picture of you making a yo dawg sign.

What the hell is that?

7. A picture of you in your Halloween costume.

Uh...yeah...

8. A picture of you on holiday. Where was it?

Lombok. Not a word.

9. A picture of you in your workplace/school.

10. A picture of you in a weird or random place. Where is this place? Who took this picture?

Under an umbrella ella ella. Forgot who took the picture.

11. A picture of you on stage.

I took this picture on a stage and it's a drumstick. Not any part of me. I swear.

12. A picture of you playing sport.

13. A picture of you with a celebrity.

The best celebrity ever, too.

14. A picture of you drunk.

I don't take alcohol.

15. A picture of you looking mad. Why were you mad?

Because I was an idiot.

16. A picture of you looking sad. Why were you sad?

Because I was scolding myself.

17. A picture of you looking WEIRD. Why were you looking weird?

Because no one wears a beanie, a hoodie and sunglasses at night in your own room while cleaning it up.

19. A picture of you wearing formal.

20. A picture of you wearing a swimsuit.

You sure can't swim without the proper waterproof gear.

21. A picture of you wearing PJs.

N.A.

22. A picture of you with an animal.

A burning tongue that 'hearts' Singapore. It's an animal...in bed.

23. A picture of you eating or with food.

24. A picture of you in black and white.

I'm in a black skin and white shirt.

And...that's it, I guess.

Rantom

Unless of course, ranting requires anger. Then I'm just pondering over random stuff.

I have no idea how that's supposed to make sense because I'm confused too.

So, anyway, first rantom (Random + Rant = Rantom. Genius, eh?). People can endure cold and wind and stuff. That's logical. But what is beyond me is how girls can feel so comfortable wearing super short shorts and a small tee while I'm freezing my ass off wearing a tee shirt, a shirt and a jacket with my underwear, shorts and pants. And also, when I wear shorts, I somehow kinda feel exposed...ish. But seriously, how does wearing barely visible shorts make you feel comfortable? And why do you guys (And by this I mean girls) wear them?

For your information, I'm in a room where the fan's speed thing is at its lowest, with the glass doors to the balcony shut and I'm wearing shorts. And I'm freezing.

Another this is...being unreasonable.

But nothing has been confirmed yet, so I'm not gonna blow my top off (That was not meant to sound dirty or sexual) yet. Also, it's nice to have a blogpost which doesn't involve any anger.

So, till then!

Another blogpost

For no reason, actually. I'm just bored.

So...hey...you come here often? What brings you to this part of the internet?

Uh, nope, and nothing, really.

Right. I've noticed that I actually like to talk and narrate stuff to myself. Like, in public. And I'll hum some random tune. I think I might just be 343 Guilty Spark.

Oh, speaking of Spark, did you know that whenever (almost) Timothy does a powerslide or jumping powerslide with Daniel's skates, there are sparks? Betcha didn't. And it was awesome, by the way.

Figured that out during camp.

Oh, speaking of camp, I have one thing to clarify. Yes, I absolutely despise TK Band. And Mrs Priscilla Chan's biasedness towards it may have just fueled my hatred. Don't get me wrong, some band members I know rock and pwn asses (Though some can burn in a fire. Yes, you) and I like those band members. I just don't like the band as a whole (That kinda sounded like asshole). And I don't like the teachers in charge of band during band sessions and camps. Personally, I think they're really noisy and irritating as hell, and that choir should be TK's niche CCA (Though this may be due to preference in music types. Get me a school band that can play nice slow and soothing songs and I might just change this statement).

Now that we've got that cleared up, let's see what else I can talk/bitch about.

Oh yes, school stuff. Y'know, it really fucking sucks when you've already planned something, and another thing comes up and ruins that plan. Especially if that plan can't be done another time. In this case, watching a movie. This should have priority over DnT remedial as it was planned way beforehand and DnT just took over. Now, I wouldn't be so pissed (Not that I am, anyway) if it was scheduled before I made the plans, or if I can go watch the movie some other time. Which I can't, because school makes me stay back every fucking day.

Grr, I think I'm getting easily pissed off these days.

Because of what, you say? Well, school. Duh. Fuck you, changes that take place without prior notice.

Fuck you

To all those who put school and forced studies as their top priority.

To those who force others to do something they are completely against.

To those who think happiness is found after getting a piece of paper with numbers.

To those who take away happiness from another's life because of a piece of paper with numbers.

To those who don't realise that they are living creatures.

To those who aren't satisfied with the fact that they are living creatures.

To those who believe in the system and rather revise and practice instead of learn.

You all are retards and have no life (Yes, you, System).

So, fuck you.

Your favourite dude who has a mind of his own,

Oh, and seriously, fuck you too. Yes, you.

You

You.

When I look at the people that piss me off, I feel like shooting them in the face just to vent my anger.

But, when I look at you, I feel like shooting myself in my forehead and live so that I can shoot myself again. And again.

Did that sound angry or emo? It's far from that.

I'm bleeding random, that's it.

To rock or burn out?

Compulsive gamers of the world, I do not know what to do.

Should I get Turok or Burnout Paradise?

Turok's rating is 7.0 at GameSpot and Burnout has a rating of 9.0. Thing is, though, I enjoy a little (Or a lot) of mindless killing and stuff. Especially if they have dinosaurs in it. Burnout also appeals to me, but in Paradise, it's free roam. Something which I have yet to grow accustomed to.

Dinosaur/people-killing, or reckless driving?

Because Assassin's Creed is a confirmed buy.

Seriously, I don't know. Both seem fun enough for me.
